Trevor and Bridgett Dunbar are the founders of The Outlier Brand, a lifestyle movement designed to empower young adults to break through limitations, harness their inner strength, and live with purpose in authentic connection to God.
Trevor, a retired lieutenant firefighter with 30 years of business experience across diverse industries, understands the resilience needed to overcome life's toughest challenges. Having faced bankruptcy, homelessness, and divorce, he is deeply committed to helping others find their footing and rise stronger. As a father of five, he embodies the principles of perseverance, leadership, and purposeful living.
Bridgett brings a dynamic blend of expertise in psychology, marriage and family therapy, and seminary training, alongside 15 years of leadership experience with young adults. Her personal journey, marked by the loss of a child and the challenges of divorce, gives her a compassionate edge in guiding others toward a life of meaning, growth, and fulfillment.
Together, Trevor and Bridgett are dedicated to equipping the next generation with the mindset, skills, and confidence to lead boldly and thrive in an ever-evolving world. Their mission is to inspire young adults to become resilient leaders who live authentically, powerfully, and purposefully in genuine connection with God — true Outliers!
