Trevor and Bridgett Dunbar are the founders of The Outlier Brand—a movement empowering young adults to take back their lives from the systems designed to keep them stuck, broke, and dependent.
Through mentorship in acquiring established service-based businesses and personal development, they help the next generation rise above fear, break cycles of limitation, and find clarity and direction to build lives of purpose, power, and freedom.
Trevor, father of five, a retired firefighter lieutenant, and seasoned entrepreneur, brings 30 years of experience owning and scaling businesses across multiple industries. After walking through bankruptcy, homelessness, and divorce, he knows what it takes to rebuild from the ground up. Today, he owns multiple companies, mentors future business owners, and is committed to helping young people create lasting success through ownership and leadership—breaking free from the trap of being slaves to employment.
Bridgett equips young adults to thrive in both life and business by helping them build real, lasting self-confidence. With a background in psychology, marriage and family therapy, and personal development, she specializes in helping others rise above insecurity, mental chaos, and self-doubt—and instead walk in clarity, boldness, and purpose in every area of life.
Together, they are raising a family, running businesses, and guiding the next generation to think differently—to reject survival mode, take ownership of their future, and become powerful leaders who live boldly and lead wisely outside the broken systems that hold people back.
