The Faces Behind The Outlier’s Way

Founders of The Outlier Brand, Trevor and Bridgett Dunbar are on a mission to help a generation escape broken systems and build lives marked by clarity, confidence, and freedom with God – outside of religion.

Trevor is a father of five, retired firefighter lieutenant, and serial entrepreneur who has rebuilt from bankruptcy, divorce, and deep spiritual pain. He now mentors others into leadership, freedom, and lasting transformation.

Bridgett is a licensed therapist and transformational mentor helping people break emotional strongholds and walk in bold self-confidence. Her background in psychology, biblical studies, and personal development brings clarity and compassion to those walking through confusion.

Together, they offer more than insight—they offer experience, depth, and real tools to help you rebuild your life with God at the center.

MEET TREVOR & BRIDGETT

Trevor and Bridgett Dunbar are the founders of The Outlier Brand—a movement built to help people break free from the systems that left them lost, overwhelmed, and unprepared for real life.

Through mentorship in life, business, and personal development, they help the a rising generation break cycles of fear and limitation, reclaim their God-given identity, and build lives marked by purpose, power, and freedom.

Trevor, father of five, a retired firefighter lieutenant, and seasoned entrepreneur, brings 30 years of experience owning and leading in companies across multiple industries. After walking through bankruptcy, homelessness, divorce, and intense personal trials, he knows what it takes to rebuild from the ground up. Today, he owns multiple companies, mentors future business owners, and helps others rise into a life they're truly proud of.

Bridgett is a trained therapist and transformational mentor who specializes in helping people break cycles of insecurity, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm. With a background in psychology, marriage and family therapy, and personal development, she brings both depth and compassion to those navigating the pressures of life, identity, and purpose. Her gift is helping others get clear on who they are and walk boldly into the life they were created for.

Together, Trevor and Bridgett are raising a family, running businesses, and leading a movement to equip a generation—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—to live boldly, lead wisely, and build meaningful lives outside the systems that tried to keep them small.
